About This Document
This document forms part of your legal relationship with FUNDED IQ LLC. In this document, we, us, and our mean FUNDED IQ LLC. You and your mean you as the person this document applies to. Read this document together with the General Terms and Conditions and any Product Schedule, programme terms, agreement, or policy incorporated into your Order or account.
FundedIQ provides simulated CFD evaluation and funded-account services. FundedIQ is not a broker, deposit-taker, custodian, or investment adviser, and the balances shown in FundedIQ accounts are not customer funds.
1 How Your Legal Documents Work
Your FundedIQ relationship is governed by a set of documents rather than a single page. We show or link the documents that apply when you register, pay, begin a programme, complete KYC, receive a funded simulated account, request a reward, enter a promotion, or join the Affiliate Programme.
A marketing page, help article, support reply, social post, or automated message does not change your contract unless we clearly identify it as an authorised written concession for you and the specific issue it addresses.
2 Which Documents Apply
- The General Terms and Conditions govern your overall relationship with us and every use of our websites, applications, accounts, and services.
- The CFD Evaluation Programme Terms or Instant CFD Programme Terms govern the pathway shown in your Order.
- Your Product Schedule and the captured Trading Rules state your binding fee, simulated balance, targets, loss limits, drawdown method, timing, permissions, and reward settings.
- The Funded Simulated Account Agreement governs each funded simulated account after KYC approval.
- The topic policies explain privacy, cookies, KYC, refunds, risk, eligibility, complaints, promotions, affiliates, acceptable use, intellectual property, electronic communications, accessibility, and website content.
3 What You Accept at Each Step
| When | Documents that apply | Record we keep |
|---|---|---|
| Registration | General Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Electronic Communications Consent | Your user ID, document version, timestamp, and acceptance event |
| Checkout | Programme Terms, Product Schedule, Trading Rules, Refund Policy, Risk Disclosure | Your Order ID, price, document versions, timestamp, and payment record |
| KYC | KYC Policy, Privacy Policy, KYC Questionnaire | Your questionnaire, provider result, and evidence log |
| Funded account issue | Funded Simulated Account Agreement, Product Schedule, Reward Policy | Your e-sign record, account ID, document versions, and timestamp |
| Promotion or affiliate enrolment | Campaign Terms or Affiliate Programme Terms | Your code or affiliate ID, document version, and acceptance |
4 Which Document Takes Priority
If documents conflict on the same subject, the following order applies: your signed Funded Simulated Account Agreement; your account-specific Product Schedule; the Trading Rules version captured for your Order; the relevant programme terms; the General Terms and Conditions; and then the topic policy.
Mandatory law always prevails. A specific written concession from an authorised FundedIQ representative prevails only for you, the account or issue it identifies, and the stated period.
5 How Changes Apply
Every document states an effective date. We retain the version you accepted for each Order and funded simulated account. Changes normally apply only in the future.
We may apply a change sooner where law requires it, an active security or fraud threat must be addressed, or an obvious error can be corrected without materially disadvantaging you. A material change to an active-account rule will not bind you unless the applicable documents permit it or you clearly accept it.
We provide reasonable advance notice of material changes through the dashboard, email, or website where practicable.
6 Where to Find Your Documents
- The website footer links to the current public documents.
- Checkout shows the Product Schedule, fee, programme, and rule version that applies before you pay.
- Your dashboard or Order record preserves the documents and decision evidence linked to your account.
- You may request a copy by emailing support@fundediq.com from your registered email address.
