About This Document

This document forms part of your legal relationship with FUNDED IQ LLC. In this document, we, us, and our mean FUNDED IQ LLC. You and your mean you as the person this document applies to. Read this document together with the General Terms and Conditions and any Product Schedule, programme terms, agreement, or policy incorporated into your Order or account.

FundedIQ provides simulated CFD evaluation and funded-account services. FundedIQ is not a broker, deposit-taker, custodian, or investment adviser, and the balances shown in FundedIQ accounts are not customer funds.

1 Seven Day Voluntary Refund

You may request a refund within seven calendar days after purchase if no simulated trade or order has been placed, the account has not breached, reset, progressed, or been materially consumed, and the payment is not under dispute. The request must identify the Order and come from the registered email. Mandatory cancellation rights in your country remain unaffected.

2 When Trading Begins

Your voluntary refund right ends when you place the first market or pending order, use a reset or add-on, progress to another phase, receive funded simulated credentials, or otherwise request immediate and material performance of the service. Where law requires express consent to early digital-service performance and acknowledgement of lost cancellation rights, checkout will obtain it separately.

3 Full Refund Events

• A confirmed duplicate FundedIQ charge
• We are permanently unable to deliver the purchased account and do not provide an equivalent accepted remedy
• We cancel the Order before material service use for reasons not caused by you
• A refund required by non-waivable law

4 Normally Non-Refundable Events

• Trading loss, breach, failure, expiry, inactivity, strategy outcome, or dissatisfaction after trading begins
• KYC refusal caused by ineligibility, prohibited location, false or unverifiable information, third-party identity, or sanctions restriction after material service has already been provided
• A price reduction, promotion, or coupon published after purchase
• Provider, bank, network, crypto, conversion, tax, or intermediary charges not received by us
• A closed account resulting from prohibited conduct or a material breach

5 KYC Failure Before Service

If an Instant Order cannot be issued because KYC is not approved and you have not received or used a funded simulated account or other material service, we will refund the fee less only a clearly disclosed, reasonable, and legally permitted non-refundable verification or payment cost. No deduction is made where the failure was caused by us or a provider error rather than your eligibility or information.

6 How to Request

Email support@fundediq.com with the subject Refund Request and include the Order number, account email, payment date, payment method, and reason. Do not send full card details, passwords, recovery phrases, or unredacted identity documents by ordinary email. We may verify identity and payment ownership.

7 Processing

We normally decide a complete request within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original method where practicable and are released promptly. Banks, card networks, payment processors, and blockchains control final settlement time. A refund in a different currency may vary because of conversion rates.

8 Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so a legitimate issue can be resolved. A chargeback does not create a refund right. We may suspend related accounts and rewards while a dispute is open, submit Order and service evidence to the provider, and recover confirmed duplicate reimbursements or provider fees caused by a knowingly false dispute.

9 Promotions and Affiliates

A discount, referral, or affiliate relationship does not reduce your refund rights. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or charged back, related affiliate commission is not earned or may be reversed under the Affiliate Programme Terms.
