This document forms part of your legal relationship with FUNDED IQ LLC. In this document, we, us, and our mean FUNDED IQ LLC. You and your mean you as the person this document applies to. Read this document together with the General Terms and Conditions and any Product Schedule, programme terms, agreement, or policy incorporated into your Order or account.
FundedIQ provides simulated CFD evaluation and funded-account services. FundedIQ is not a broker, deposit-taker, custodian, or investment adviser, and the balances shown in FundedIQ accounts are not customer funds.
1 Scope
This Policy covers cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, software-development-kit identifiers, and similar technologies used on FundedIQ websites and applications. Strictly necessary technologies support login, security, language, and private-preview access. Optional analytics or advertising technologies require the choice required by applicable law.

4 Analytics and Advertising
We do not deploy optional analytics or advertising cookies by default in the current website and trader application configuration. Before enabling them, we will update the inventory and use a consent or opt-out control where required. An affiliate link may include a referral parameter and a first-party attribution record as described in the Affiliate Programme Terms.
5 Controls
You may block or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary session or security technologies may prevent registration, login, KYC, checkout, or account use. A cookie preference control, when shown, governs optional technologies on that browser. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
6 Provider Technologies
An embedded payment, identity, video, support, or trading provider may use its own necessary technologies under its privacy notice. We limit integrations to the service context and do not authorise unrelated tracking through an embedded provider.
7 Updates and Contact
The inventory is reviewed when a technology changes. Material additions are published with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to support@fundediq.com with the subject Cookie Question.
