About This Document
This document forms part of your legal relationship with FUNDED IQ LLC. In this document, we, us, and our mean FUNDED IQ LLC. You and your mean you as the person this document applies to. Read this document together with the General Terms and Conditions and any Product Schedule, programme terms, agreement, or policy incorporated into your Order or account.
FundedIQ provides simulated CFD evaluation and funded-account services. FundedIQ is not a broker, deposit-taker, custodian, or investment adviser, and the balances shown in FundedIQ accounts are not customer funds.
1 Scope
These terms apply when an Order identifies a one-step or two-step CFD evaluation. They supplement the General Terms. The Product Schedule and captured Trading Rules state the binding account-specific figures.
2 Evaluation Service
You receive time-limited or open-ended access, as stated in the Product Schedule, to a simulated trading account. The purpose is to demonstrate compliance with defined performance and risk criteria. The displayed balance is fictitious and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, pledged, or treated as client money.
3 Start and Credentials
The evaluation begins when we issue usable credentials or on the activation date stated in the Order. You must test access promptly and report a credential or platform problem before trading. Placing the first order confirms that the account is accessible and activates the service for refund purposes, subject to mandatory rights.
4 Phases and Progression
A one-step evaluation has one evaluation phase. A two-step evaluation has a first phase and a verification phase. The Product Schedule states each phase’s profit target, loss limits, drawdown method, minimum trading days, maximum duration, inactivity rule, and other conditions. A phase is complete only after required trades settle, data is reconciled, and we approve the review.
5 Risk Metrics
Daily loss, maximum loss, and any trailing drawdown are calculated under the Trading Rules using the account’s recorded balance, equity, open and closed simulated profit or loss, commissions, swaps, and other stated charges. The reset time, reference balance, and treatment of open positions are shown in the Product Schedule or dashboard. Crossing a hard limit is a breach even if the account later recovers.
6 Trading Permissions
News trading, overnight holding, weekend holding, expert advisers, hedging, copying between your own eligible accounts, instrument access, leverage, and position limits are allowed only where the Product Schedule or Trading Rules say so. A general platform capability is not permission.
7 Pass Review
Meeting the visible target does not create automatic approval. We verify minimum days, loss limits, prohibited practices, data integrity, identity and account ownership, payment status, and any consistency or exposure rule. The review should normally use data available through the dashboard, platform, and provider logs. We may request a reasonable explanation or evidence before deciding.
8 Breach and Failure
A hard risk breach, serious prohibited practice, expiry, or disqualifying inactivity may fail the current phase or evaluation. The notice will identify the rule version, observed value or conduct, effective time, account effect, and appeal route, except where detailed disclosure would create a security, fraud, sanctions, or tipping-off risk.
9 Resets and Retries
A reset or retry is available only if shown in the Order or offered after failure. Its price, rules, and effect are stated before purchase. A reset starts a new rule record and does not erase investigation, payment, KYC, or prior-breach records. Coupons or discounts have no cash value.
10 Progression to Funded Simulation
After an approved pass, you must complete KYC, sanctions and fraud checks and sign a Funded Simulated Account Agreement. Passing does not guarantee approval where you are ineligible, identity cannot be verified, payment is disputed, a material breach is discovered, or the service cannot lawfully be offered.
11 Fees Refunds and Chargebacks
The evaluation fee pays for the evaluation service and is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Trading activity generally ends the voluntary refund window. An unjustified chargeback, false payment dispute, or reversal may suspend all related accounts and rewards while investigated. Legitimate billing disputes should be raised with us first.
12 No Investment Relationship
The evaluation is not a securities, derivatives, brokerage, deposit, managed-account, or investment product. You receive no ownership interest, entitlement to live trades, or promise that we will use your strategy in a real market.
