About This Document
This document forms part of your legal relationship with FUNDED IQ LLC. In this document, we, us, and our mean FUNDED IQ LLC. You and your mean you as the person this document applies to. Read this document together with the General Terms and Conditions and any Product Schedule, programme terms, agreement, or policy incorporated into your Order or account.
FundedIQ provides simulated CFD evaluation and funded-account services. FundedIQ is not a broker, deposit-taker, custodian, or investment adviser, and the balances shown in FundedIQ accounts are not customer funds.
1 Rule Source
The binding numbers and permissions are those in the Product Schedule and its linked Trading Rules version. This instrument explains how those settings operate. A help article, advertisement, or platform default cannot enlarge a permission or reduce a limit.
2 Authoritative Records
We determine compliance from reconciled trading-platform and risk-system records, including timestamps, orders, deals, balance, equity, commissions, swaps, price-feed data, and system health. Dashboard values are for timely guidance but may lag. We must correct a material provider or calculation error established by reliable evidence.
3 Daily Loss
Daily Loss is the adverse amount calculated for the trading day and reference method stated in the Product Schedule. Unless the Schedule says otherwise, the calculation includes realised and unrealised simulated profit or loss, commissions, swaps, and charges. The daily boundary uses the stated time zone. Positions held across the boundary remain relevant to the new day’s calculation as specified in the Schedule.
4 Maximum Loss
Maximum Loss is the greatest permitted decline under the stated static or trailing method. A static limit remains anchored to the specified starting reference. A trailing limit follows the stated high-water or other reference and stops trailing only if the Product Schedule says so. A breach occurs when the controlling balance or equity measure reaches or crosses the limit.
5 Profit Targets and Trading Days
A target is met only by eligible net simulated profit after charges and after any required positions are closed. A trading day counts only when you perform the qualifying activity stated in the Product Schedule. Artificial micro-trades or self-cancelling activity intended only to manufacture a day may be disregarded.
6 Permitted Tools and Locations
- A secure personal device and personal VPS may be used where you keep exclusive control.
- A personal risk-management EA or strategy EA may be used when the Product Schedule permits automation and the tool does not exploit errors or copy an unauthorised third party.
- Ordinary travel and a secure VPN are not prohibited, but material device, country, or network changes may trigger verification.
- A VPN, proxy, remote desktop, VPS, or virtual machine may not be used to conceal a prohibited location, third-party operator, shared device farm, or identity mismatch.
7 Prohibited Trading Practices
- Using delayed, frozen, stale, misquoted, off-market, or demonstrably erroneous prices or exploiting a platform or data-feed defect
- Latency arbitrage, server flooding, excessive order messaging, denial-of-service behaviour, or conduct designed to impair or manipulate a platform
- Coordinated opposite positions or risk-free transfer of exposure between different traders, profiles, or controlled groups
- Account passing, account management, signal execution, copy services, or any third-party control of decisions or credentials
- Transactions with no genuine simulated-market rationale that are designed to game a target, trading-day, consistency, reward, rebate, or exposure rule
- Circumventing instrument, leverage, position, allocation, country, payment, device, or account limits
- Trading on non-public confidential information obtained through FundedIQ or unlawfully from another source
8 Identity and Payment Prohibitions
- Multiple deceptive profiles or false personal details
- Forged, altered, borrowed, purchased, or stolen KYC documents
- A payment or reward destination not owned or lawfully controlled by the verified trader unless approved
- Self-referral, affiliate manipulation, refund fraud, chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, or collusive purchasing
9 Evidence Standard
We will not treat a shared strategy, profitable outcome, short holding period, common EA, common VPS provider, or shared public IP address as conclusive proof by itself. A material adverse finding must rest on documented account, identity, payment, device, network, trade, provider, or communication evidence considered in context.
10 Enforcement
A hard loss breach may trigger automated closure and account suspension. Other suspected conduct is normally reviewed before final termination or reward denial. Available actions include warning, clarification request, trade adjustment for a confirmed technical error, temporary suspension, phase failure, account termination, reward adjustment, refund refusal, relationship termination, or referral to a provider or authority where lawful and proportionate.
11 Notice and Appeal
A final decision states the rule and version, material facts, effective time, consequence, and appeal method. We may withhold investigative detail where disclosure could defeat fraud, sanctions, security, or legal controls. You may submit one evidence-based appeal under the Complaints and Appeals Policy.
